A day would not be enough to explore its many attractions and outdoor activities provided.
The Butchart Gardens is one of the reasons why British Columbia’s capital is called the Garden City. Visitors find the garden enchanting with its various trees, shrubs and flowers strategically scattered all over the place. For those who love to visit museums and exhibits, there is the Royal British Columbia Museum, a historical museum that tells the story of British Columbia in the late 19th century to early 20th century. Other museums include the Craigdarroch Castle Historical Museum and the British Columbia Aviation Museum.
The Beacon Hill Park gives you a full view of the Olympic Mountains. Kids will love the park’s Children’s Farm where they can pet some of the animals. If visiting with the family, drop by the Victoria Bug Zoo as well. Spend time in the Inner Harbor too. Various entertainers and performers are all over the place.
